Diagnostic Fee Policy
At Jackson Auto Outlet & Taylor's Trailers LLC, we perform a full inspection to determine the cause of any issue before providing a repair estimate. To cover the time and expertise required for this process, there is an initial diagnostic fee of $75.
If you choose to move forward with the recommended repairs, this $75 fee will be credited toward your final repair bill.
If you decline the repairs, the diagnostic fee will remain as a stand-alone charge for the inspection performed.
Warranty work is exempt from this fee. If the issue is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you will not be responsible for any diagnostic costs. However, if the problem is not covered by warranty, the $75 diagnostic fee will apply BUT If you choose to move forward with the recommended repairs, this $75 fee will be credited toward your final repair bill.
